Plot summary
In 1974, with the Franco dictatorship in its final years, Lozano earns his living as a salesman. The Citroën DS he drives is the only property he and his son Felipe have. Felipe is a teenager, and the two of them keep moving along the Spanish coast, taking apartments that stand empty in the tourism low season. When they are forced to change route and leave the sea behind, they head inland.
