Plot summary
Nick Persons has married Suzanne Kingston, and her children, Kevin and Lindsey, live with him. He has given up his sports memorabilia store and now keeps a dog called Coco. When Suzanne tells him she is expecting twins, the apartment is too small, so the family looks for a house in the country. There they meet Chuck Mitchell Jr., a real estate agent and contractor who shows them a property. Nick buys it without an inspection first. Lindsey objects to the move because it takes her far from her friends and leaves her without cell phone reception. After the family settles in, they find mold in the house, and Chuck uncovers more problems that need fixing.
