Plot summary
Santa's daughter Annie spends her first Christmas away from the North Pole, arriving in Los Angeles for the holiday season, with hopes of adventure and love. Back at the North Pole, Santa follows her travels through a magic snow globe. She becomes friends with Lucy, who runs the Candy Cane Inn, and with Lucy's daughter Mia, and she finds work at Wonderland Toys. The shop belongs to Ted, a seller of old-fashioned toys who is having trouble keeping his business going now that the market has gone digital. Annie wants the store to do well because her feelings for Ted have grown.
