Plot summary
Briefcase lives on the street and needs quick cash, so he gets by on a ruse. He tells the neighborhood children that he is the Tooth Fairy and asks them to hand over their money for his work, and most of them enjoy the game. Then he meets Lizbeth, a young girl with a practical streak who will not accept his story. She doubts anything that asks her to suspend disbelief. Briefcase then sets about showing Lizbeth that magic is real.
