Plot summary
Paladin runs on rigid quotas, and Daisy spends her shifts judging flagged content for an unnamed platform, deciding what stays up under a strict set of guidelines. Her manager, Joy Jones, is a dictatorial presence. The exposure wears her down: she sleeps badly, keeps to herself and numbs herself in her off hours. Then she comes across a post that stays with her. Convinced she has seen a crime, Daisy wants someone held accountable, but Joy and the police dismiss the content as fake and beyond their concern. With almost no evidence and no investigative skill, she turns to the internet and starts looking for the man from the video.
