Plot summary
Ashley Winbourne moves into her Aunt Tanya's house in the hometown she left as a child, after a childhood marked by her mother Sarah Winbourne's death and her father's abuse. Jordan, her older sister, has gone away to Penn State. Ashley visits the abandoned house where the sisters grew up and meets her old friend Hannah, who takes her to a party with friends from childhood, including Shane Stevens. There Hannah holds a séance with an EVP app on her phone, and Ashley starts seeing visions of her mother. Paranormal activity follows Ashley and Tanya inside the house. Hannah holds a second séance in front of a mirror, and the two girls see a demon's reflection. Pastor John, a new parish priest, introduces himself to Ashley in town.
