Plot summary
Logan video-calls his girlfriend Ariel in Australia; the two have never met in person. Word of Hashtagacon, a social media convention in Sydney, gives him a reason to fly to her, except that a stunt ten years earlier with his foreign exchange brother Juanpa Zurita left him afraid of planes. At the airport he sets off with Juanpa and King Bach. Immigration officers mistake Juanpa for an illegal immigrant and, instead of deporting him to Mexico, send him to Australia. On board, Logan settles next to Jenna, whose femur scars match his, and she takes his hand for takeoff. When the passengers ignore the instruction to put their phones in airplane mode, the plane's controls go haywire.
