Plot summary
A sequel to Sordid Lives (2000) and Sordid Lives: The Series (2008), the film returns to Winters, Texas, in 2015, sixteen years after the earlier story. The conservative Southern town has been gradually liberalizing, and the Supreme Court's decision on marriage equality has arrived. A new fundamentalist preacher takes a stand against the change, and the locals who have moved toward acceptance find themselves in a showdown with him.
