Plot summary
Rocky, Colt and Tum Tum are spending the summer with their grandfather, Grandpa Mori, when they see a Native American village protesting a company that dumps toxic waste on its land. At a pizza parlor, Jo, a girl from the protest, demands that a group of men led by J.J. tell her where her father Charlie is. The men throw her down, and the three brothers step in with their martial arts. Jo explains that the men work for Jack Harding, an industrialist dumping the waste illegally, and that Charlie has gone to investigate and has not returned. Without proof, the village can do nothing. Jo asks for help, and Rocky, Colt and Tum Tum agree to find her father.

- The film was shot straight after the original 3 Ninjas, but with about 80 per cent finished production was halted by distribution complications and it sat on the shelf for two years until the last key shots were taken in 1994.
