Plot summary
Cathy is seized in broad daylight and taken to Lewis's home, where he shuts her inside a soundproof room ten feet by ten. To anyone looking on, Lewis is an unremarkable man; what he keeps to himself is a desire for revenge against her. He wants a secret out of her past, and the cell is how he intends to force it out. Cathy is not an easy victim. Inside the sealed room she fights the man holding her, and the contest between them is as much mental as physical.
