Plot summary
Callum arrives at a small juvenile detention facility run by Jed, where Steve, Lewis, Blue, Jethro, Lindsay and Davie are held. Steve and Lewis give Davie and Lindsay a hard time, and Callum finds Davie dead after he has cut his wrists. Davie's father learns of the suicide, and the governor sends the boys with Jed, their monitor, to an uninhabited island, where the team building is meant to improve their characters and how they treat one another. Something about the island strikes them as odd. They meet female delinquents led by Louise, among them Jo and Mandy, and Jed and Louise agree to keep the two groups apart.
