Plot summary
In World War II, the War Pigs are a ragged unit of misfits, and Captain Jack Wosick is the disgraced officer asked to take them over. The assignment is a route back for him: train the men, lead them and turn them into a reconnaissance outfit that can work. Their mission sends them into occupied territory to learn what they can about the V-3, a massive Nazi artillery cannon that would give the Germans an advantage the Allies could not answer. Captain Hans Picault, a German fighting against the Nazis with the French Foreign Legion, and Colonel A.J. Redding, a veteran of the First World War, are on hand to help.
