Plot summary
Mari McCabe was born in Africa, and greed, corruption and violence killed her parents when she was a child, so she grew up an orphan. The dangers around her did not make her give in. Her family leaves her the Anansi Totem, and the relic lets her borrow the abilities of animals, a gorilla's strength or a cheetah's speed. With it she becomes Vixen, and she fights to protect the world from the threats that took her parents from her.
