Plot summary
In the 31st century, Mano, Tharok and Persuader raid the Legion of Super-Heroes headquarters for a time sphere, and Star Boy is carried along when they activate it. Star Boy lands in Gotham City without the medicine that steadies his mind, and Batman has him sent to Arkham Asylum. Ten months later, Jessica Cruz, chosen by a Green Lantern ring, is afraid to leave her apartment after a murderer killed her friends; Wonder Woman wants her for the Justice League, and Miss Martian works to prove herself to Batman. When the stasis field holding the time travelers fails, the three escape into Metropolis, where they search for Jessica Cruz.
