Plot summary
At the remote house of Greta, Miriam's sister, Miriam and her husband Caleb arrive to help get ready for Dylan's family reunion. Miriam and Caleb are unhappy, and Greta offers Miriam marital advice; Miriam hints that she envies Greta's marriage. During a drunken campfire talk after the others go to bed, Miriam kisses Dylan and apologizes, telling him about her marital troubles. Early the next morning, Dylan sexually assaults Miriam while she sleeps; she wakes and begs him to stop, but he does not. She confronts him later, and he denies it, saying she wanted it and promising not to tell Greta. When Miriam tells Greta about the assault, Greta refuses to believe her and suggests Miriam is covering up an attempted seduction. Miriam decides to take revenge.
