Plot summary
Missions to clean up the streets are carried out by The Vigilante and The Kid, and filmmaker Mike Hanover streams them online. The Vigilante's killings, among them Armenians, put the Armenian mafia boss on his trail. Killing a man with deep connections draws in the Armenian mob, the Mexican cartels, a squad of Special Forces commandos and an international black ops plot. The pair's missions take them from Los Angeles to Armenia, Iraq, Russia and the United Kingdom, where a pair of deep cover super spies is set on throwing the world into chaos.
