Plot summary
Dan and Jeanine Dewerson have a marriage in need of repair, and the only spark left in their bedroom comes from the wall outlet. Their daughter Elizabeth, who goes by Blizzard, counts her tablet as her best friend. Dan's remedy is a quiet weekend in a remote mountain town, with no children, no phones and no social media, just fresh air and the two of them. The trip turns disastrous, bringing strange encounters, strong edibles and irritable locals. With no GPS to steer them and no screens to pass the hours, Dan and Jeanine are left with each other's company.
