Twin Sitters (1994) on Netflix

Plot summary

Peter Falcone and his brother David are identical twin bodybuilders who wait tables and want a restaurant of their own, but no bank will lend them the money. Frank Hillhurst, a corrupt businessman, has agreed to testify for the state, and a man who once served as his right hand has threatened to kill him and his nephews should he take the stand. Hillhurst hires the Falcone brothers to guard the boys after they save his life, for a sum larger than anything they have earned before. Hillhurst then leaves with federal agents, and Peter and David find themselves looking after Bradley and Steven, ten-year-old identical twins who are deeply mischievous.
