Triassic Attack (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Mill City's university has bought up land and property with plans to demolish half the houses and shops and expand its grounds. Dakota, a Native American, opposes the work, saying it will destroy his ancestors' heritage and that his people were tricked into signing the land away, and he tries to keep the bulldozers out. His nephew, Sheriff Jake Roundtree, is bound by the law. Dakota turns to a rite, and evil spirits enter three dinosaur skeletons, which come to life and attack people across the town and the university campus. Jake and Emma, his ex-wife, set out to find their daughter Savannah, and Dakota joins them.
