Treasure Buddies (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

In Fernfield, the archaeologist Thomas Howard shows his grandson Pete around the Egyptian exhibit and gives his dog Mudbud a bandanna that belonged to Digger, the great uncle of the Buddies. Digger once found half of a dial that would lead to the tomb of Queen Cleocatra and never found the other half. Then Phillip Wellington, a British archaeologist, arrives with his Sphynx cat Ubasti and the missing piece, and he invites Thomas and Pete to Egypt. Phillip refuses to take Mudbud along because of the cat's allergies, and the Buddies stow away on his plane. In Egypt they meet Babi, a monkey who steals Budderball's kebab, and Cammy, a young camel searching for her mother.
