Townhouse Confidential (2023) on Netflix

Plot summary

Elizabeth, Lydia and Mary Perry come into a New York City townhouse their Jane Austen-loving parents left them, with mortgage, taxes and repairs attached. To keep it, the sisters need a wealthy tenant for the garden apartment, otherwise they have to move to New Jersey. Arrogant real estate mogul George Barrow, a bachelor with no pets and no children, takes an interest in both Elizabeth and the townhouse. Also on the scene are Tommy Leroy, a handyman, and Sal Carmine, a married mortgage broker. Lydia works as a personal trainer, and Mary is a shy blogger who rarely leaves the house.
