Plot summary
Head girl Justine Fielding speaks at the funeral of Darren Mullet, an unpopular asthmatic student who has just died. She cannot remember him, and Jason Banks is thrown out of the church for calling her a hypocrite. Alexis asks Justine to a party hosted by his popular friends, Bradley, Tasha, Marcus and Sophie. There several of them get insulting texts from Darren's number, and the group toasts him while Justine admits she did not know who he was. Bradley then bursts into the room where Alexis and Justine are, dressed as a clown and wielding a chainsaw. A teddy bear taken from Darren's grave later turns up in Justine's locker, and she takes it as a gift from Alexis.
