Plot summary
Maurizio is a clumsy voice actor who dubs sound effects for old American cartoons. His brother, also his business partner, does the same work for pornographic films. Martina calls herself a social worker: harmless men with unusual desires pay her a fee to act out their fantasies, one of them a taxi driver who scares his passengers with stunt driving. After Maurizio helps her by chance on one such errand, she asks whether he would like to help regularly, and the two grow close. An accident then sets off a slow change: Maurizio begins turning into a cartoon, which complicates both his work and his private life.
