Plot summary

Kerry is a young possum who lives in Sanctuary City. She wishes for a white Wishmas, and the wish freezes her hometown, putting the lives of everyone there at risk. The magical Wishmas Tree is dying, and she has to undo what she did while there is still time. That means a journey out of Sanctuary City into The Wild, where self-doubt, ghostly predators and Extinction itself stand in her way.
