Plot summary
The story centers on Adam, who has stayed inside his flat for six months out of fear that someone will attack him. He works online, and he passes the time by making conversational videos of Starlet Maddinson, a movie star he follows, keeping himself just about level. One ordinary encounter shifts things: it brings his worst fears to life, and a malevolent psycho starts a campaign of intimidation and intrusion aimed at Adam's home. His world narrows around him, and the image of Starlet Maddinson that has kept him company turns on him, blurring reality with nightmare in his private world.
