Plot summary

Louisa works as a filmmaker, and a professional setback has left her discouraged. She meets Luke, a pianist wrestling with an artistic crisis of his own, and feels drawn to him even though Ati has been her partner for years. Her skepticism about romantic love loosens as she falls for him. A second strand follows Michael, an architect estranged from his wife, who encounters Sylvia, a painter who remains hard to read. The two stories run alongside each other, and whether the parallels between them are coincidence is left open. Michael and Sylvia begin a relationship of pleasure and pain.
