Plot summary
Candy Black was a blockbuster comedy star, but drug abuse and anger issues made her difficult to work with, and a shard from an ashtray she shattered on set hit her co-star Jenna Jones' eye, sending the video viral and ruining her career. She spent five years in her Long Island mansion, facing legal trouble over her addictions and taxes, and wrote to her pen pal Steve Grady as Cathy Tyler, her legal name. Sentenced to rehab, she asked her former manager Louis to find Paula, her stand-in, now living in her car, to go in her place.
