The Rental (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Charlie and his wife Michelle take a weekend at an oceanside rental on the Oregon Coast, joined by his brother Josh and Josh's girlfriend Mina. Mina's own request for the property was refused with no reason given, so Charlie applied instead and was accepted. The caretaker, Taylor, hands over the key, and Mina asks whether the denial had to do with her race; he says no and leaves. He returns with a telescope for them, which alarms her. Michelle gives the others ecstasy that evening and goes to bed early, and Josh falls asleep on the couch. Mina and Charlie end up alone in the hot tub and then the shower, and agree the next morning to keep it secret. The four begin to suspect that the host of the house is spying on them.
