The Perfect Host: A Southern Gothic Tale (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Julie travels to Arkansas to see to her grandmother's burial, and the visit leaves her at odds with her only living relative. She has her daughter with her and no place to go. An old couple who say they were friends of her late grandmother offer the two of them rooms, and they move into the couple's home, the Allen House. Something about the couple is strange, and the house is stranger still. It is a southern mansion with a reputation Julie has never heard of. As her stay goes on, the old woman of the household seems to want more from Julie than her company.
