The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Flynn Carsen has served a year as the Librarian, guardian of a hidden collection of artifacts. On a recent mission he nearly loses a crystal skull while grabbing another find, and Judson, his mentor, reminds him that a Librarian sacrifices personal interests for the greater good. At his birthday party his mother, Margie, hands him childhood drawings and his father's amulet. Flynn returns home to find his apartment ransacked and a scroll gone; the scroll held clues to King Solomon's Mines, where the Key of Solomon, a book that gives its reader power over time and space, is said to lie hidden. Judson assigns him to recover the map. At Roman ruins in Morocco he meets Emily Davenport, an archaeologist with more degrees than he has, while General Samir's mercenaries hunt the same prize.
