Plot summary
Femi is fostered in rural Lincolnshire before he moves to his birth mother's home in inner-city London. The ways of his new neighborhood are not the ones he grew up with, and as a teenager in London in the early 2000s he has to work out which route into adulthood to take and what being a young black man in that city means.
