The Hike (2021) on Netflix

Plot summary

Robin and Vinnie, a couple from East Tennessee, drive into the Great Smoky Mountains for a three day hike. Robin is three quarters Native American and wants Vinnie to see a spot in the park that meant something to her when she was young. Vinnie is uncomfortable in the woods, but he clowns around and tells funny stories to keep things light. Then the couple begins running into odd things on the trails. Robin finds a polaroid of a partially naked, bound woman whose face has been marked out. They also come across an abandoned camera holding disturbing images, more polaroids of bound people, and an old necklace. A stranger in the forest seems to know them, then vanishes.
