Plot summary
Frank and Tony are looking after Liam and Olivia while the children's parents, Emma and Peter, go out to buy last-minute Christmas presents. On the road, Emma and Peter collide with Santa Claus and send his reindeer fleeing. With his reindeer scattered, Santa calls for backup, and the only one who can step in is the Christmas Witch. Santa does not know that she has already come down in front of Olivia and Liam's house, where she has lost every memory she had. Liam, Olivia, Frank and Tony turn to the book Puffins for answers that might help her.
