Plot summary
In 2032, after a series of accidents, Congress prohibits all alcohol and drugs, with one exception: the Binge, twelve hours a year when alcohol and drugs are permitted. Griffin, Andrew and Hags are high school seniors counting down to it. Andrew takes the group to his brother Seb for wristbands to a Binge party, and Sarah's limo carries them through the night, where the driver, Pompano Mike, offers them cigarettes they have never tried. That ride ends when the limo hits a cow. Seb then leads them to a restaurant whose burritos are laced with magic mushrooms. Principal Carlsen, violent siblings and wild animals stand between the friends and the party.
