Sympathy for the Devil (2023) on Netflix

Plot summary

David Chamberlain is on his way to the hospital because his wife has gone into labor when a stranger gets into the back seat of his car. The man holds a gun on him, has him pick a card, and tells him to drive; the card, the Ace of Spades, came from the stranger's pocket. David obeys, and the passenger says little about himself, mocking David for talking about his family. He also hints that he knows David while keeping their destination to himself. David tries to get away twice, first by mouthing a plea to a woman at a gas station, who does not catch it, and then by speeding so that a patrol car will pull them over.
