Switched for Christmas (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Kate and Chris Lockhart are identical twin sisters who meet for an obligatory lunch before Christmas, a year after their mother's death. The two are not close, and each is unhappy with her own life. Kate works in an office and Chris works at a school, and both have Christmas events to plan. Each envies what the other has, so they agree to swap lives until Christmas Day: Kate takes over at the school, Chris takes over at the office, and each handles the other's holiday obligations. They set one rule for the exchange, that neither becomes romantically involved with anyone.
