Plot summary
A promoter in Amsterdam has planned a festival in honor of Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton, and Cheech and Chong are invited. The man who sent the invitations has left with the money, so the remaining hosts must work with very little. Cheech and Chong arrive, and the promoter at first takes Cheech for Reynolds. When it becomes clear that neither Reynolds nor Parton will appear, the promoter needs another act, and the two guests gladly agree to a live stand-up performance, with Cheech as Mr. Burt and Chong as Mr. Dolly.
