Plot summary
The day before Elise and Michael's wedding in Los Angeles, their college friends arrive for the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Rich and Samantha, the best man and the maid of honor, are a couple, but Rich is wary of marriage while Samantha pushes him toward it. Pockets flies in from Thailand still carrying his feelings for Lana from college. Quentin works as a film agent, and his client Simon Black, a movie star, brings along Franklin Brauner, the director of his next project. Jennifer, who once dated Elise in college, comes from London and wants to stop the wedding. Michael's estranged father Jonathan appears hoping to reconcile. Donovan, a children's entertainer, invites himself as Lana's date. That night the men fly to Las Vegas on Simon's jet while the women stay behind.
