Plot summary
Dawson Gage, a successful architect, and London Quinn have been close since a high school field trip to the zoo, and her family took him in after he lost his parents at nineteen. London tells him she can donate one of her kidneys to her mother, Louise. After London dies in a car accident, her parents reveal that she was conceived through IVF and has a twin. Dawson traces the embryo to Nashville, where doctors Jim and Jenny Allen raised a daughter, Andi, who has never learned where she came from. Andi works at the zoo, and her boyfriend Matt is close to proposing. Dawson approaches her there with the news that she has a biological sister, then leaves her his card.
