Plot summary
Milena, a prostitute, is pregnant by Sapo, and the man who drives her to a resort town on the coast is Sapo's debt collector, a lawyer who has been disbarred. In the town the lawyer meets Molecola, an ambitious young ringleader who has been buying up old entertainment sites around it and intends to turn the place into what he calls an Italian Las Vegas. One business stands in his way: the hotel-bar Snack Bar Budapest, kept by a man and his family. To carry out a forceful eviction legally, Molecola needs a lawyer, and the lawyer takes the job.
