Plot summary
Warren Nefron cannot seem to do a single thing right, and his bad luck follows him even into the suicide plans he devises, all of which fail. With nowhere else to turn, he sits down with his psychiatrist, Dr. Pletchick, and pours out his troubles. The visit frames his life story, which comes out through flashbacks and unfolds as a run of comic sketches, set pieces and blackout gags.
