Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Tomer Sisley performed all his own stunts in Sleepless Night, saying it let director Frédéric Jardin put the camera wherever he wanted.
- The dance club in Sleepless Night was built for the film, and because it was a joint Belgian-French-Luxembourgian production, the club scene had to be shot in Belgium and the kitchen and parking scenes in Luxembourg.
- For the kitchen fight, director Frédéric Jardin wanted "a fight that would be interesting for people who don't like fights in films," and Tomer Sisley, familiar with martial arts, boxing and jujitsu, worked on the choreography before there was a location or the scene.
