Plot summary
The job is simple for Jimmy "Skinny" Skinford: take the work, make the meet, collect the pay. That routine breaks when he is kidnapped and forced to dig his own grave. A push of his shovel uncovers a woman who was buried and is still breathing, and who cannot seem to die. Her gift passes to others through touch. With her beside him, Skinny enters a scheme that brings him up against the most depraved figures of the criminal underworld. He must settle what he owes to reach the meet and take his payload, and her gift offers a chance at immortality. The woman has plans of her own.
