Gulshan is a disgraced basketball coach, and a drunk driving case leaves him with a community service order. That service is coaching: he is put in charge of a team of adults who are intellectually disabled, and his job is to train them in basketball. He arrives with apprehensions and feels out of place among them. Working with the team, Gulshan comes to see that the players might be good enough for the national championships. They also give him a new perspective on life.
