Plot summary
Aakash Oberoi's mixed martial arts league, Pro Takedown, is losing its audience, and his father tells him the venture needs a local wrestler to beat foreign fighters. Aakash travels to Rewari, Haryana, where he finds Sultan Ali Khan working for the water board, an overweight man who refuses his offer because he has stopped fighting. Sultan's friend Govind explains that the reason is Sultan's love story. Eight years earlier, Sultan fell for Aarfa Hussain, a state-level wrestler who trained at the akhaara run by her father Barkat. She told him she would only marry a trained wrestler, so Sultan joined the akhaara and trained with determination to win her respect.
