Sharkenstein (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

During World War II, the Third Reich halted a secret program that tried to turn sharks into weapons. Sixty years afterward, a creature troubles a small town on the ocean. Madge, Skip and Coop come to that town and hire a boat, with a deaf man named Hoskins at the wheel. Something hits the hull and ruins the propeller, so the three swim to an island while Hoskins stays with the boat. They find an old house and step inside. Klaus, a scientist who lives there, holds them at gunpoint. He tells them that unauthorized experiments during the war turned people into monster-like beings, and that he has taken a brain and a heart from one of those creatures. He intends to install both in an experimental shark he has built, and he wants the friends to assist him.
