Plot summary

Rose and Mikey kill for hire together, a pair of lovers who are also stepmother and stepson, and Rose's cancer is advancing. Their client Clayton, an organized crime kingpin, believes his pregnant wife Vicki has been unfaithful and wants her dead. Rose slips into the mansion and finds Vicki in labor; she uses her medical training to deliver the baby boy rather than complete the job. She and Mikey then drive mother and infant to a motel, where Rose has Mikey summon Dr. Don, Clayton's physician, who comes with his nurse and lover Precious. Rose insists on moving Vicki and the child to a safe place, against Mikey's wishes.
