Plot summary
A young driver named Lenny Burroughs is preparing to get married. He takes a job driving a local mobster to earn extra cash, running errands for the man and asking no questions about the work. A rival crime boss shoots the mobster dead. The abduction of Jimmy Berg, a mobster from the opposing side, sets off a bitter conflict between the crews. Lenny is caught in the middle of it.
