Santa Baby (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Mary Class is a business executive with a marketing firm of her own, and she is also the daughter of Santa Claus, something she keeps to herself. When her father becomes ill close to Christmas, she leaves her work behind and goes back to the North Pole, where she takes over the running of the holiday in his place. The workshop and its elves become her project, and she applies her marketing and management methods to them, with changes of her own in mind for how Christmas is done. While she is there, she meets Luke Jessup again, a man she once loved.
