Luke Bracey

Biography

Luke Bracey is an Australian actor who came to screen work through television, playing Trey Palmer in the soap opera Home and Away in 2009, a part that came about after an invitation to audition, and later playing Aaron Dean on Dance Academy. His first big-screen part was in Monte Carlo (2011), and in 2012 he relocated to the United States to build on his career there. Cobra Commander in G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013) followed, along with lead roles in The November Man (2014) and The Best of Me (2014), and he took the part of FBI agent Johnny Utah in the remake Point Break (2015). He was the American soldier Smitty Ryker in Hacksaw Ridge (2016), appeared in Elvis (2022), and in 2026 played Charles Ingalls in the Netflix show Little House on the Prairie.
